Before you apply -

A home visit is required to adopt one of our dogs. This will be done by one of our volunteers or a volunteer from another Rescue.

We will also do a Vet reference check, so you must contact your Vet to let them know it is okay to release your information to us.

*You must be 21 years old and have a valid driver's license or picture ID to inquire about or adopt one of our dogs.
*ALL fields should be filled out to insure that your application is accepted.
*Please do not hit the "return" or "enter" key while filling out the application as doing so may submit the form.
*All fields must be filled out truthfully. Falsification or misrepresentation of any of the requested information will result in rejection of this application or possible removal of adopted pet from your home.
